Clear terms. Built around privacy

Terms of Service

Simple terms for using Force Privacy.

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Force Privacy, including your account responsibilities, acceptable use, third-party services, service limitations, and the rights that apply when you use our website, app, dashboard, and related services.

Last updated: September 5, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Force Privacy (“Force Privacy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Force Privacy website, mobile application, dashboard, APIs, and related services.

By creating an account, accessing, or using Force Privacy, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

If you use Force Privacy on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use Force Privacy. If you are under the age required to form a binding contract where you live, you may use the service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.

Your account

If an account is required, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your account information reasonably current, and protect your login credentials.

  • You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
  • You may not share credentials in a way that creates unauthorized access.
  • You must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
  • You may not create accounts using false or misleading identity information.

3. The Force Privacy Service

Force Privacy provides tools intended to help users discover publicly available personal information, identify data brokers and people-search services, organize privacy tasks, prepare or submit opt-out requests, and track removal progress.

Features may change over time. We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to improve the service, protect users, comply with law, address security issues, or respond to changes in third-party systems.

Force Privacy is a privacy-management tool. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

4. Data Brokers & Third-Party Services

Force Privacy may interact with third-party data brokers, people-search websites, public-record services, identity-verification providers, email services, hosting providers, and other outside services.

When you ask us to prepare or submit a privacy request, information reasonably necessary to process that request may be sent to the relevant third party. That third party's own terms, policies, verification procedures, and processing times may apply.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies, security practices, processing decisions, or actions.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to use Force Privacy only for lawful purposes and only for information that you are authorized to manage.

  • Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • Use removal tools for yourself or another person only when you are authorized.
  • Comply with applicable laws and third-party request procedures.
  • Review information before submitting a request when review is available.
  • Keep your account and authentication information secure.

You are responsible for determining whether a particular privacy request is appropriate for your circumstances.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Force Privacy to:

  • Submit fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized privacy requests.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority.
  • Access or attempt to access another user's account or data without permission.
  • Interfere with, overload, damage, or disrupt the service.
  • Probe, scan, or test systems for vulnerabilities without written authorization.
  • Reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • Use automated methods to scrape or extract the service beyond permitted interfaces.
  • Use Force Privacy for harassment, stalking, fraud, abuse, or unlawful surveillance.
  • Circumvent rate limits, account restrictions, or security controls.

We may restrict or suspend access when we reasonably believe use of the service creates security, legal, operational, or abuse risks.

7. Removal Requests & Results

Force Privacy is designed to help with removal and opt-out efforts, but we cannot guarantee that a particular data broker or website will remove information, accept a request, respond within a specific period, or permanently suppress a record.

Information may reappear because of new public records, new data sources, refreshed databases, changed broker practices, duplicate profiles, or information published by third parties outside our control.

A status shown as submitted, completed, removed, or similar reflects the information available to Force Privacy at that time and is not a guarantee that the information can never appear again.

8. Paid Features, Billing & Subscriptions

Force Privacy may offer free features, paid features, subscriptions, trials, or other plans. If you purchase a paid feature, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and any applicable trial information will be presented before purchase.

If a subscription is purchased through an app store or other third-party billing provider, billing, cancellation, refunds, and renewal may also be governed by that provider's terms.

Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees already paid are generally non-refundable. You are responsible for applicable taxes and charges associated with your purchase.

9. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Force Privacy and its software, branding, designs, interfaces, text, graphics, logos, databases, and other service content are owned by Force Privacy or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use Force Privacy for its intended purpose.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Force Privacy or any related intellectual property to you.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Force Privacy collects, uses, protects, stores, and shares personal information. By using Force Privacy, you acknowledge that your use of the service is also subject to that Privacy Policy.

Because Force Privacy helps submit privacy requests, certain information you provide may need to be transmitted to a data broker or other recipient in order to complete a request you asked us to perform.

You can review our Privacy Policy at Privacy.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Force Privacy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or compatible with every third-party website or data broker.

We do not guarantee that search results are complete, that records identified by third parties are accurate, or that every broker holding information about you will be discovered.

Force Privacy does not make warranties regarding the conduct of third parties or the outcome of any privacy request submitted through or with the assistance of the service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Force Privacy and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to Force Privacy will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to Force Privacy during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

13. Suspension, Termination & Account Deletion

You may stop using Force Privacy at any time. Where account deletion controls are available, you may use them to request deletion of your account, subject to limited retention permitted or required by law.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created a security risk, abused the service, failed to pay applicable charges, or if suspension is required to comply with law.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions—will continue to apply after your use of the service ends.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as Force Privacy changes, new features are introduced, legal requirements evolve, or our business and security practices change.

When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date shown near the top of this page. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the website, app, dashboard, email, or another appropriate method.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, updated Terms become effective on the date stated in the updated version. Continued use of Force Privacy after the effective date means the updated Terms govern your continued use of the service.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Force Privacy's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

Before publishing this section, replace this general language with your actual company state/country and preferred dispute venue if you want a specific governing law clause.

16. Contact Us

If you have questions about these Terms, your Force Privacy account, billing, acceptable use, or the operation of the service, contact us using the information below.

For account-specific requests, we may ask you to verify ownership of the account before discussing or changing account information.

Please update the contact addresses above if Force Privacy uses different production support or legal contact information.
