1. Overview
Force Privacy (“Force Privacy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides tools designed to help people discover publicly available personal information, identify data brokers and people-search services, submit or track opt-out requests, and reduce their public exposure.

4. Hashing & Security
Force Privacy uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These may include encryption in transit, encryption at rest, access controls, secure credential storage, and data minimization.
When the original value is not required, eligible identifiers may be hashed or otherwise transformed to reduce exposure. Examples may include names, addresses, phone numbers, age information, gender, marital status, education information, and property ownership information.
Some privacy-removal requests require the original value. For example, a data broker may need your real name, address, or email address to locate a record or verify a request. In those cases, Force Privacy may process or transmit the original information as needed to provide the service you requested.
5. Data Broker & Removal Requests
A core purpose of Force Privacy is helping users communicate with data brokers, people-search sites, public-record services, and similar services that may publish or maintain personal information.
When you ask Force Privacy to prepare or submit an opt-out, deletion, suppression, or removal request, we may send the information reasonably required by the receiving service to locate your record or verify the request.
Once information is sent to another company, that company's own privacy policy and data-handling practices may apply. Force Privacy cannot guarantee that a third party will remove information, how quickly it will respond, or whether similar information may later reappear from another source.
6. How We Share Information
We may share information only when reasonably necessary to operate Force Privacy, protect the service, comply with law, or fulfill a request you asked us to perform.
Service providers
We may use providers for functions such as hosting, authentication, email delivery, databases, security, and crash reporting. They receive only the information reasonably necessary to provide services to Force Privacy.
Data brokers and privacy request recipients
Information may be shared with a data broker, people-search site, or other service when you ask us to submit or help prepare a privacy request.
Legal and safety requirements
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, lawful process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Force Privacy, our users, or others.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing the service, completing active requests, securing accounts, preventing fraud, and complying with legal obligations.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it. Certain limited records may be retained when required or permitted by law.

Force Privacy is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to Force Privacy, please contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete that information.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as Force Privacy evolves, new features are introduced, our service providers change, our security practices improve, or applicable privacy laws and regulatory requirements are updated.
When we make changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date shown near the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically so you can stay informed about how Force Privacy handles and protects personal information.
If we make a material change that significantly affects how we collect, use, store, share, or protect personal information, we may provide additional notice through the Force Privacy website, mobile application, dashboard, account notifications, email, or another appropriate method before the change becomes effective when required by law.
Changes to this Privacy Policy will apply from the effective date stated in the updated version. Your continued use of Force Privacy after an updated policy becomes effective means that your use of the service will be governed by the updated policy, except where applicable law requires a different form of notice or consent.
